The CleanAir range of clear grinding face shields and Air fed masks for grinding and spraying applications are manufactured in Europe to EN 12941 TH1/TH2, EN 14594 2A
The CA-3 Air fed mask is very comfortable to wear, is lightweight and has high levels of protection for heavy industrial environments.
Fits the CleanAir Basic 2000 Dual Power Pack or the CleanAir Aergo
Areas of applications;
- Dusty environments without the necessity to protect neck and shoulders
- Environments with low chemical resistance requirements
- Heavy industrial environments – grinding, surface finishing operations
- Building industry.
Available with two basic types of grinding face shields:
- Polycarbonate – high mechanical resistance, suitable for grinding operations. According to EN 166 protective against impacts of particles with medium energy.
- Acetate – high chemical resistance. Suitable for environments with higher chemical protection requirements. It is important to notice this type of visor is not recommended for grinding operations. According to EN 166 it provides protection against liquid spraying.
