The Weldability Phantom Air Fed PAPR Welding Mask is an excellent multi functional auto-darkening helmet offering both comfort and protection to the welder for most welding applications.
The highly impact-resistant EN175B nylon shell and grind-mode lens allows this helmet to be used in grinding applications.
The high quality 9-13 variable shade welding lens is powered by the welding arc, therefore delivering consistent performance and removing the need for battery replacement.
Can be used in Stick, TIG, MIG/MAG, Plasma welding/cutting, grinding and Oxy/Fuel welding/cutting.
The PAPR system provides protection to TH2 level and incorporates a P R SL-rated filter
The lightweight and comfortable PAPR unit which provides a 2-speed clean air flow of 170lpm or 220lpm and offers an 8-hour battery life from a full charge of its replaceable Li-Ion battery. Fully CE rated to EN 12941 TH2.
Air is delivered by a proban-covered hose to the head shield and the battery will last for an 8 hour shift when operating at 170 lpm.
Equipped with 2 arc sensors and adjustable sensitivity the Phantom Air is suitable for all electric-arc processes and
applications including Carbon Arc gouging.
Provides full face protection and a fast reaction time of just 0.3ms. The package is supplied with a kit-bag for easy storage and transport.
