MasterWeld 4043 Aluminium TIG Welding Rod is alloyed with 5% silicon added to give excellent flow characteristics, attractive bright cosmetic appearance and a lower melting point. Designed for welding of 6XXX grade aluminium alloys.

4043 should not be used if you are considering the best colour match after post weld anodizing, as this filler alloy will typically turn dark grey in colour after the anodizing process.
